II. Placing orders - you can make purchases at our store without registering an account.

To place an order add the chosen product to the shopping cart, where you will find all the necessary information on the total cost of your purchase i.e. the price of the product + shipping fee.

IV. Delivery

Shipping is free
for all our products. We ship via DHL and TNT couriers, as well as InPost parcel lockers.

1. Orders are shipped every weekday (Mon-Fri):
a) before 8:00 p.m. - GMT+1 (DHL)
b) before 1:00 p.m. - GMT+1 (Polish Postal Service)
c) before 5:00 p.m. - GMT+1 (InPost parcel lockers)
d) before 2:00 p.m. - GMT+1 (FedEx) - for shipping gas grills.

This concerns orders paid for before the given time and cash on arrival orders, excluding pre-orders.

2. We allow personal collection in Kościan City, if we are informed about the date beforehand.

Purchasing Yoer products from us you can use your right to 3 year warranty or rekojmia warranty.

Thanks to the YOER PLATINUM SECURITY PACKET (check pt. V.) you don't have to bear the costs of shipping the appliance, if you inform us in an e-mail from which address we can pick up the package.Only applied to shipping in the territory of Poland.

You can also send the package by yourself by using a chosen shipping company to: YOER sp. z o.o. no. 2/218 Bernardynska Street, 64-000 Kościan.

Properly filled complaint covers shipping the appliance to our company with the complaint letter. For that we recommend sending an email to: sklep@yoer.pl with explanation covering the issue with the appliance. We will order a pick up to the specified location and courier will pick up the product with the complaint letter.

Complaint should contain:

  • Your full name, address and contact email,
  • Name of the defective appliance,
  • Sale confirmation,
  • Date when the defect was found,
  • Your expectations: exchange for a new appliance, lowered cost or return of money

Important disclaimer:

While shipping the appliance to us, make sure that it is packaged properly so it arrives at our company undamaged.

The costs of a declined complaint are covered by the buyer.

The seller is responsible for the buyer if sold appliance had mechanical or legal defects. Rules by which Sellers, in case of Rekojmia warranty, has to abide are regulated by the Civil Code.

Complaints arising from Rekojmia warranty will be processed in 14 days from the date in which we recieved properly filled complaint. Informations about it's state you will recieve by e-mail.

If you are a consumer and want to return a purchased product, only thing that you need to do is to inform us in  the first 100 days from the day in which you recieved the product.

We reccomend filling and sending us the contract withdrawal form by e-mail to sklep@yoer.pl or in paper form to YOER sp. z o.o. no. 2/218 Bernardyńska Street, 64-000 Kościan.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Important disclaimer:

While shipping the appliance to us, make sure that it is packaged properly. If you used the appliance in a way which was beyond means necessary to check its nature, features and functionality (i.e. in means beyond what you would be able to check in a stationary store). in accord with a bill about consumer's laws we can return a lesser amount that the one you paid. Potential deductions are determined individually, according to the state in which we recieved product in.

IX. The seller commits to provide products without defects, excluding defects marked in the sales agreement.

 

X. By confirming your order, you consent to the receipt of proof of purchase electronically. We will send the documents electronically, via e-mail which will confirm the shimnent of the order.
